    • 1 package jumbo pasta shells
    • 2 cups ricotta cheese

    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 cups marinara sauce
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


    1. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool them down.
    2. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
    3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
    4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
    5. Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in the baking dish.
    6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed pasta shells, making sure each one is covered.
    7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
    8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
    9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
